Shipping Origin

Most of our products ship from US warehouses to provide faster and more reliable delivery to our customers in the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to Zendrop within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times (to USA)

Standard shipping: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on destination).

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and shipping address.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance and destination country. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We use Zendrop’s real-time rates for accuracy. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you updated if significant delays occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
