Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arete Curated, we carefully curate exceptional pieces and stand behind their quality.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer traditional cash returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for store credit to be used toward a different item. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition — with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at aretecurated@proton.me within 14 days of receipt with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at aretecurated@proton.me with clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you (including return shipping).

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different item is to return the original for store credit and place a new order.
